This is a kinkmeme. You may just be familiar with the concept.

Yeah, Mona's "little black dress of Fringe fandom" is alive and kicking...although technically, he's probably kicking into his sixties now. I've been meaning to write that fic - Lincoln grey haired and blue-suited, running politics or Fringe. He goes to the cemetery every Friday to speak to Liv, and how twenty years after the fact their world is safe. At peace. He tells her about Charlie, the young whipper-snappers coming up through the ranks. He talks about 20 years of marriage, and how it was 19 years longer than he thought he'd ever get, and how he wouldn't trade his home for anything. And when he looks up and across the ways, he sees Olivia, standing there like it was yesterday, dressed in leather with a pale-haired gun at her side

Also, by God, re-reading your story up there, the Astrid/Etta, made me have the same incoherent keyboard-mash reaction.
